I just set up my neat desktop scanner, installed the software and tried to open the application to scan a document but can't do so. I have a Neat NM 1000 scanner but cannot use is on my Mac iOS 10.14.1 due to outdated software and I don't use it enough to justify subscribing to Neat. Find your scanner model number by looking on the underside (bottom) of the scanner. If you find that you have trouble with your Neat.
